Prof. Dr. Kürşat Çağıltay, Dean of the Faculty of Education at TED University, held a series of meetings with universities in Azerbaijan and delivered conference presentations during December.
On December 5–6, 2025, Prof. Dr. Çağıltay delivered the opening keynote address at the 4th Human–Computer Interaction Conference, hosted by Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) in Baku. Within the scope of the conference, he met with Prof. Dr. Adalat Muradov, Rector of UNEC, to discuss potential collaboration, with a particular focus on Learning Engineering. As a result of these discussions, a mutual understanding was reached to pursue collaborative initiatives between TED University and UNEC and to establish a center dedicated to Learning Engineering at UNEC.
In addition, on December 6, 2025, Prof. Dr. Çağıltay delivered a presentation on Learning Engineering at the Sustainable Development Strategy Conference, organized by Mingachevir State University. During this visit, he also held meetings aimed at developing joint projects and academic collaborations between the two universities.
