Assoc. Dr. Tülin Haşlaman and Dr. Hilal Seda Yıldız met online with principals and prospective principals working in TED schools on November 25, 2021. Within the scope of the TED Academy School Leader Development Program, they exchanged materials, events, and best practices on digital transformation in education. Similar activities will be undertaken in the next term to strengthen the principal candidates' abilities and attitudes toward Technology Enhanced Learning and Open and Distance Learning. 

Seminar Series for Teachers

The new term studies of TED “The Insurance of Education: Our Teachers Project”, which is carried out with the cooperation of the MoNE, the Turkish Education Association and the support of the Zurich Foundation-Zurich Turkey, has started. It was held in Antalya with the participation of 385 female village teachers from 53 provinces. In this phase of the project, which was carried out to strengthen female primary school teachers in villages, a program for personal and professional development was implemented between 14-19 November 2021. Head of TED University English Language Education Department Prof. Dr. Belgin ELMAS organized a seminar on "Classroom Management" for TED Hatay College teachers on 17 November 2021. In the event, which took place with the participation of all teachers in the online environment, topics such as how to organize the learning environment more efficiently and how to deal with the problems that arise during the process were carried out with interactive participation.
