Based on international comparisons and data, the book analyzes and evaluates various aspects of the Turkish higher education system. Comprising a total of eleven chapters, the book addresses the following topics: the financing of higher education, the employment and unemployment status of graduates, students and the teaching-learning process, faculty members, internationalization, university ranking systems, micro-competencies, quality assurance and accreditation, and future scenarios in higher education… The book’s authors are: Prof. Dr. Yüksel Kavak, Prof. Dr. Armağan Erdoğan, Dr. Mete Kurtoğlu, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aylin Çakıroğlu Çevik, and Gökçen Kuru Kamacı.
