Congratulations, to the Fulbright Alumni Dr. Özlem Erden Başaran and Dr. Merih Uğurel Kamışlı who won the 2022 Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (AEIF) grant competition for their project titled ''Inter-cultural Dialogue Training for Turkish In-service-Teachers for Promoting Sustainable Peace''. This project will increase awareness of intercultural communication and improve teaching practices for students from diverse backgrounds.
Dr. Özlem Erden Başaran and Dr. Merih Uğurel Kamışlı presented their project details to TED University Rector Prof. İhsan Sabuncuoğlu, the U.S. Embassy Minister Counselor for Public Affairs Viraj M. LeBailly, Public Diplomacy Officer Aryani Manring, and Alumni Programs Coordinator Ersin Dur as well as the Fulbright and U.S. Exchange Programs alumni faculty members at TEDU.
