Education Faculty Programs Are Being Redesigned Based on the Learning Engineering Approach...

A full-day program review workshop was held on 26 January 2026 with the participation of faculty members from the Faculty of Education. During the workshop, all faculty programs and courses were reviewed through a learning engineering perspective, with a focus on the development of new courses and updated content.

In his opening remarks, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Kürşat Çağıltay, stated that efforts to integrate the learning engineering approach into Faculty of Education programs, along with the systematic use of technology- and data-driven approaches, will continue. Dean Çağıltay also emphasized that initiatives such as micro-credentialing and minor programs aimed at enhancing students’ employability are currently being developed for the coming terms.
