The Academic General Assembly of TED University Faculty of Education—serving as a meeting for planning, evaluation, and sharing for the 2025–2026 academic year—was held on October 9, 2025.
The meeting began with the opening speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Kürşat Çağıltay. Prof. Dr. Çağıltay emphasized the faculty’s continued commitment to quality in education, diversity in research, and contribution to society, and expressed his wishes for a productive academic year.
Following the opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elçin Emre Akdoğan, Vice Dean, shared information about the faculty’s recent research activities. Akdoğan highlighted the increase in national and international projects, publication performance, and strengthened collaborations. Additionally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Olcay Yılmaz, Vice Dean, provided updates on faculty–school collaboration initiatives and recent administrative developments.
Bringing together all academic staff of the Faculty of Education, the Academic General Assembly enabled both an evaluation of the past term and the establishment of shared goals and a common vision for the upcoming academic period.
