As part of EDUCONGRESS 2026, held at Gaziantep University on September 9–12, Dean of the Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. Kürşat Çağıltay conducted a workshop entitled “Developing Educational Materials with Virtual Reality Technology.” During the workshop, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of virtual reality technologies, and their potential applications in education were demonstrated through hands-on examples. The Metaverse Academy Erasmus+ Project, in which TED University is a partner, and the SAGE TÜBİTAK 1001 Project were also introduced to the participants.
