The increasing cultural diversity in our country, as it exists worldwide and is influenced by various reasons, necessitates intercultural communication. Especially in schools and classrooms, the growing cultural diversity is being observed more closely, and there is a need for sustainable peace-supporting educational approaches such as intercultural communication to conduct educational activities inclusively. The book "Intercultural Communication in Education" aims to correct misconceptions about intercultural communication and promote intercultural communication practices by presenting fundamental concepts related to this topic, the barriers to intercultural communication, successful and unsuccessful practices applied in classrooms and schools, common educational approaches used in intercultural communication, and practical examples based on these approaches. This study is designed to create awareness about cultural diversity and communication, and to support educators who want to enrich their educational activities in this direction.
