Workshop Held at TED University within the Scope of the IBEC Program...

On 28 February–1 March 2026, a two-day academic workshop focusing on the Primary Years Programme (PYP) was held at TED University as part of the IB Educator Certificate (IBEC) program, moderated by Seden Chouseinoglou. Throughout the workshop, faculty members collaboratively explored how teaching and learning processes can be designed and enhanced within the framework of the IB Professional Learning Design Principles and the IB Educator Competencies.
During the two-day workshop, faculty members participated in interactive sessions led by Seden Chouseinoglou, examining how the IB Learner Profile informs the design of teaching and learning, how international-mindedness can be nurtured through learning content, and how learning experiences that promote student interest and engagement can be designed. Participants also had the opportunity to reflect on and discuss key components of the IB framework, including approaches to learning and teaching, inquiry-based learning, and reflective thinking.
