Worldwide Impact in Eye-Tracking Research

According to the findings of the study titled “A Bibliometric Analysis of the Development and Transformation of Eye-Tracking Research in Educational Technology” published in the Journal of Eye Movement Research (https://www.mdpi.com/1995-8692/18/3/23), our Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Kürşat Çağıltay, was ranked 8th worldwide among researchers publishing in the field of eye-tracking research in educational technology. The study also revealed that, based on citation counts, two publications produced by Prof. Dr. Kürşat Çağıltay’s research group rank as the 4th and 5th most highly cited articles worldwide in this field. As a result of the impact of these studies, Türkiye has risen to 6th place among the countries receiving the highest number of citations in eye-tracking research.
Prof. Dr. Kürşat Çağıltay continues to conduct internationally recognized and influential research in the field of eye-tracking technologies.
