ECEP 257 Field Trip to Hacettepe University Occupational Therapy Department

On November 10, 2022, students from ECEP 257: Early Childhood Sensory Education course conducted by Assist. Prof. Dr. Seçil Yücelyiğit visited the Occupational Therapy Department at Hacettepe University. Associate Professor Meral Huri gave a brief talk to introduce the center for sensory integration and inform us on how occupational therapists and early childhood educators intersect. With Dr. Huri's insightful responses, our students had a wonderful opportunity to learn the answers to the questions they had about children who struggle with sensory integration.
