TED Human Resources Management Met With Our Students

Turkish Education Association Schools Human Resources Directorate Training Specialist Dicle Çolpan made a presentation about the recruitment process of TED Schools. The students of the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling, Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, English Language Education and Mathematics Education, and Dr. Nilüfer Voltan Acar, the head of the department of educational sciences,  participated in the presentation.

She gave detailed information about how they select school counselors and teachers, and how the exam and interview processes progress. The information that she shared is very useful not only for TED Schools but also for other schools. After the presentation, she answered the questions of students.
