The International Student Assessment Program, abbreviated as PISA, was developed in 1997 by the Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation (OECD). This exam measures the achievement of 15-year-old students in various fields (mathematics literacy, science literacy and reading skills) every three years internationally. The aim of the PISA study is to compare and test the success of school children around the world while increasing standardization and development of educational methods. 2018 PISA published the results on 3 December 2019.

On the first day, after the opening ceremony of III. International Teacher Education and Accreditation Congress; panels were shared with the accreditation organization officials from other disciplines, deans of education faculties and team chairs; 120 oral papers were presented on the second day. The congress ended with a family photoshoot after the evaluation and closing session.
