Second of the seminars for School Counselors held place at TEDU on 15.11.2020!
Within the scope of Education Faculty Department of Mathematics and Science Education activities, TZV Volunteer Development Coordinator Yasemin Sipahi presented us, "The Butterfly Effect: A Volunteer Story" on Thursday, November 14 at 16.00. Yasemin Sipahi gave us information about volunteering, Turkey Intelligence Foundation, intelligence competitions and other events. There were also different intelligence questions in the presentation.
Elementary mathematics teaching students attended the origami design workshop organized by the Maths-Up Society of our university on Monday, November 11 at 16.00. Our students made cube with origami.
TED Human Resources Management Met With Our Students
Head of Mathematics and Science Education Department Dr. Zerrin Toker gave a seminar on “Enriching Learning Environments” for Tek Primary School Teachers on November 6, 2019 within the scope of Başkent Teacher Workshops event. The second part of the study, which is planned to be application weighted, will take place on 27 November 2019.
As the faculty of the Department of Mathematics and Science Education, we designed our masks by saying "I Wear My Mask, I Create Awareness" in the LÖSEV tent in our campus within the scope of 2-8 November Children with Leukemia Week.
The book chapter of Dr. Onur Özmen has been published!
Dr. Özmen's book chapter has been published in the book entitled Siber Zorbalık: Araştırmaya, Önlemeye ve Müdahale Etmeye Yönelik En Güncel Bilgiler. His chapter, named "Siber Zorbalığı Ölçmek İçin Kullanılan Testler", consisted of not only contemporary, national, international measurement tools but also illuminates cultural factors regarding cyber-bullying.
Prof. Dr. Nilüfer Voltan Acar had been in TED Konya College!
Chair of Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department Prof. Nilüfer Voltan-Acar conducted a seminar on Gestalt Therapy at TED Konya College. Illumination of basic concepts of Gestalt Therapy followed by practice, question and answer sections. In the end, founder of TED Konya College, Gülören Kale, gave Prof. Voltan-Acar a plaque for her contributions.
