The TUBITAK 3001 project, which has been going on for 2.5 years under the direction of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adile Gülşah Saranlı, was successfully completed with the approval of TUBITAK-Social and Human Sciences Research Group (SOBAG). The method of Enrichment Clusters (Renzulli and Reis, 2008), and measurement tools (My Classroom Activities, Gentry and Gable, 2001) which has recently started to be heard in our country, has been adapted to the Turkish National Education System in this project.
The Faculty of Education, Mathematics and Science Education Department held the PI Day Mathematics Festival in TEDU Grass Amphitheater on March 14, 2019.
In the “2023 Education Vision for Powerful Tomorrow” document, which is focused on increasing the quality of education of gifted by the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MONE), an action plan has been started. For this purpose, a workshop being held with the experts in the gifted education field in Turkey. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adile Gülşah Saranlı being invited by the Turkish MONE and shared her knowledge and experience about gifted education in the workshop.
In EGE 481: Student Teaching-I course offered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Sibel Akin, teacher candidates implemented their lesson plans, which were developed based on student-centered learning/teaching approaches, at TED Ankara College!


Faculty members representing the departments of Mathematics and Science Education, Educational Sciences, Basic Education and English Language Teaching Department of the faculty attended to the "Ankara School Visits Program" on behalf of our faculty at February 19,21 and 22.
Within the scope of the EDU 401 Community Service Course, our students participated in the TED Full Support Scholarship Project voluntarily. Some of our teacher candidates assisted in English courses while others took on the task of carrying out the whole course. In addition to this, there were students who supported mathematics and Turkish lessons within the scope of the project.
