Abstract: The aim of this presentation is to  discuss the concept of globalization, its definitions, history, societal problems in global World, psychological (individual) problems in global World. At risk youth, at risk individuals, will be mentioned. The need for helping professions and how a well being of an individual will be acquired is going to be cited.
