Özlem Erden-Başaran, Merih Uğurel-Kamışlı, Hilal Seda Yıldız, and Ayşe Bilicioğlu Güneş have published their study, “International Students’ Experiences of SDG Commitments in Teacher Education,” in the Erzincan University Journal of Education Faculty. The study examines how Sustainable Development Goal commitments are reflected in international students’ experiences of teacher education, with a particular focus on sustainability, inclusion, and internationalisation.
The findings highlight the importance of evaluating institutional commitments to the SDGs not only through policies and formal strategies, but also through students’ everyday educational experiences. In this respect, the study contributes to discussions on how teacher education institutions can translate sustainability commitments into more inclusive and internationally responsive practices.
